Introducing Accurx Scribe
- We may use Accurx Scribe, an NHS-approved AI tool, to help create clinical notes during appointments.
- It allows clinicians to spend more time listening to patients rather than typing.
- The GP always reviews, edits and approves the notes before they become part of the medical record.
- The AI does not make clinical decisions.
- Patients can choose not to use it at any time without it affecting their care.
